The days are long, the chaos is real. Sometimes y The days are long, the chaos is real. Sometimes you need a total escape without leaving Tulsa, and I think I found the spot. 🏝️✨

I recently went to Bora Bora Natural Spa, and trust me when I say it is the embodiment of luxury nail care! The entire philosophy is built around “clean luxury”—meaning no harsh chemical smells, just fresh air and organic, housemade scrubs. 🥥

What sets them apart:
✨ The Vibe: It feels more like a tranquil boutique than a nail salon.

✨ The Comfort: They use zero-gravity chairs for pedicures that make you feel like you’re floating. It is quiet, calm, and a full experience.

✨ The Health: Everything is non-toxic and ethical, from their housemade butter creams to their purified air system. It’s rare to find a place that balances high-end aesthetics with such a deep commitment to wellness.

If you’re overdue for a “me-day,” this is my official recommendation. 🥂☁️

📍 Located right where South Tulsa meets Jenks.

☀️ As the cold crisp temps begin to fade and the s ☀️ As the cold crisp temps begin to fade and the sunny warmth works its way into the day, it seems like the perfect time to check out TOMORROWS Art Crawl — February 6 🎨

The Tulsa Arts District comes alive tomorrow night for First Friday Art Crawl, a monthly tradition that turns downtown into a full-on celebration of art, culture, food, and community. With four major exhibition openings, pop-up markets, live music, performances, and happy hour specials all over the district, this one’s built for lingering.

✨ Don’t miss these exhibition openings:
• Roughly Right by Alicia Kelly at 108 Contemporary
• The Champagne & Chocolate Member Showcase at Living Arts
• American Myth, curated by TU students at OK Center for the Humanities
• Between Sky, Soil, and Spirit by Todd Horner & José D. Trejo-Maya at TAC Gallery

🛍️ Plus, markets at The Flyloft and Cabin Boys Brewpub, along with dozens of open galleries, museums, bars, and restaurants offering specials all night long.

✨ A Little Slice of Paris in Utica Square ✨ My fi ✨ A Little Slice of Paris in Utica Square ✨

My first time to Rise Soufflé was around the time they first opened, and I remember thinking that I had never tasted a soufflé as cloud-like, airy, and made with the perfect golden-brown rise as I had that day. Well, my return to that delicacy finally happened this weekend, and I’m officially convinced that everything tastes better when it’s 90% air and 100% French magic. ☁️ 💫

Walking in feels like stepping straight into a whimsical Parisian bistro. The vibes are immaculate—think rustic wooden tables, charming French quotes everywhere, with a “salon de soufflé” atmosphere.

The Marshmallow Soup (trust me on this) and the Truffle Infused Mushroom soufflĂŠ are scrumdiddlyumptious!

Whether you’re looking for a chic brunch spot or a cozy corner for a glass of wine and delicate bite, @risesouffle Tulsa is your spot!

Today is the day! 🌯 🥗 If you are in BA, run by f Today is the day! 🌯 🥗

If you are in BA, run by for the Grand Opening of Meddy’s!! There has been quite a bit of buzz surrounding @eatmeddys and boy is it worth the hype!

I typically drive to the 61st and Yale location but now I have one closer and I’m pumped!

Meddy’s has a great vibe and offer healthy fresh items that even your kids will enjoy! You order at the counter and then grab a seat. You won’t want to pass on having the fresh warm pita and hummus delivered to your table and I would definitely check out the bar selection as well.

The new location is in the Tiger Hill Plaza off of Lynn Lane. Go give them some love and go eat some Mediterranean grub!

Ever heard of BUILDville?🏠✨ If you’re looking for Ever heard of BUILDville?🏠✨

If you’re looking for a place where “play” and “learning” are the exact same thing, you have to check out BUILDville by Building All Children! It’s a kid-sized town designed for children ages 3–8 to explore, imagine, and grow.

I took my 5 year old to BUILDville to meet a friend there and, wow, is this a special place. It’s not just a playroom—it’s a hands-on experience where kids can step into real-life scenarios in a supportive, fun environment. From fixing cars 🚗 and shopping for groceries 🛒 to caring for animals 🐾 and even running a diner, every station is built to help develop social-emotional skills and confidence. Watching my child have fun while also learning how to navigate the world around them through pretend play was such a joy.

Building all Children is Tulsa-based non-profit ministry and child development organization (serving birth to 4th grade) that partners with families, churches, and schools. They assess, resource, and empower children by providing developmental, social, and emotional support. My family has been going to BAC for 4 years and they have come along side us in our journey the whole time. I truly don’t know where we’d be without them.

✨☕️Finally made it into @dripcitycoffeeco at 91st ✨☕️Finally made it into @dripcitycoffeeco at 91st & Yale and the hype is real. I kept it classic with their medium roast dripped coffee and it did not disappoint—smooth, perfectly balanced, and exactly the wake-up call I needed.

What makes this place stand out? It’s not just your average joe—between their “mad scientist” signature lattes (hello, Baklava Latte! Holy smokes so good!) and the enjoyable Drip City space, it’s easily one of the top spots in Tulsa to get some work done or just reset.
If you haven’t “experienced the drip” yet, consider this your sign. ☕️ 💧

The King has arrived! 👑💜💚💛 I was so excited when The King has arrived! 👑💜💚💛

I was so excited when @smalls_sliders reached out to us and offered an early taste of their newest KING CAKE SHAKE just in time for Carnival season!

🥤✨ It’s got all those classic Mardi Gras vibes for the tastebuds—cinnamon, icing, carmel and hints of that signature Danish dough flavor I can’t get enough of. As an added fun touch this frozen treat is topped with iconic Mardi Gras magic-purple sugar sprinkles!

🏰 Slide thru and sip like royalty and don’t wait—this treat is here for a limited time only! ✨ Pro tip: It tastes even better with a side of fries.
